Little Czech wagon gets the crossover treatment in Europe.

The Skoda Fabia Combi Scoutline has been revealed for Europe, giving the company’s smallest wagon a more rugged look.

Available on all engines and colours of the regular Fabia Combi (wagon), the Scoutline brings crossover-style cosmetic upgrades like contrasting bumpers, wheel arch cladding and side sills, along with faux skid plate inserts front and rear.

There’s also unique 16- and 17-inch alloy wheel options available.

In Europe the Fabia Scoutline will be available with the same range of three-cylinder petrol engines as the wider range, all said to meet the latest Euro 6d-Temp emissions standards. The two turbocharged petrol engines also feature particulate filters.

Since it’s part of the updated Fabia range, the Scoutline is available with full-LED lighting front and rear, automatic high-beam, blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert.

Other available features include additional USB ports, and a removable LED torch in the boot area. Speaking of the boot, the Fabia Combi offers 530 litres with the second row in place, expanding to a massive 1395L with the rear seats folded – comparable to medium SUVs despite being considered a ‘light car’.
