Scotty, what are the top four newer automatic transmissions made and we know Toyota will be #1:).  I ask because you say Honda is a good car and they have a CVT transmission but so does Nissan.  What’s up with that?

My advice for checking gas at the gas station…..
    1. Get a clean glass jar that is free from dirt and water…it should be dry

    2. Go to the gas station you usually do…put some in that jar…

    3. Put the jar sealed on a shelf so anything in the gas can settle…

After 3-4 days you will see some water and sediment on the bottom. This is what is going into your tank. I do this with a glass one quart container.
How do I know all of this….I do this working at an airport for jet fuel…been doing the fuel testing for 16 years 4 months.
We have a fuel test kit and I have taken samples from local gas stations in Reno Nevada….you would be surprised how many gas stations have water and dirt in their tanks…

If it rains a lot or if there is a lot of heat and humidity (North Carolina, Florida for example)……then the underground fuel tanks will sweat on the inside and have water at the bottom…when the gas tanker comes and replenishes the underground tank, it stirs everything up. When you fill up you get the water and sediment.

Working at an airport, we test for water, sediment and FSII (anti-icing agent) in JP-8 jet fuel. Just today I failed a 1 million gallon fuel tank because there was too much water and sediment. So they had to recirculate the fuel through the filter separator. So I can test gasoline and find out the cleanest fuel.

From driving through 48 US States…I have to say…there is one gas station that had been the cleanest around the country…
    Chevron
Here locally in Reno/Sparks/Carson City area:
    1. Chevron
    2. Maverick
    3. Shell

So….what Scotty said about gas in one of his previous video is kind of not true. All gas stations are not all the same.

WRONG!!! Insurance companies total cars when it's more expensive for them to fix rather then to total, and it has nothing to do with the amount of damage. If you have an older car, insurance will total out your car a bottom dollar instead of having it repaired even if you had a fender bender.
