I hate the stupid emissions test, i cant drive a 1987 bmw e30 as a daily driver, and its not old enough in washington for classic plates… lol.
87 is 25 years old, in washington state 25 years is your last emissions test. you're good to go my friend

u could always buy the sticker under the table i think most people do and thats why the heat is getting worse every year i mean i see real clunkers on the road black smoke out of the tail pipe no way there passing inspection but they have new stickers lol also u can drive it some where else that has no emissions inspection at all if your desperate.
